With 4 heavy duty chrome plated racks per oven that can be arranged on 13-position rack guides, a space-saving construction, multiple precision controls and a safety-conscious design, this commercial double deck oven is ideal of cooking baked goodies, meats, pastries, or desserts. Whether you are making bake pies in a school cafeteria or preparing a rack of lambs for a restaurant gourmet dinner, this deck oven will come in handy.

Ultra PerformanceWith 108,000 total BTU, temperatures between 167 to 563 degrees Fahrenheit, and 1/2 HP fan motor with dual-speed control, this restaurant convection oven is all set for heavy duty performance. It comes with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, and a 120V electrical connection for operation. A built-in automatic electric thermostat offers precision temperature control to guarantee a reliable performance.

The Cookline CC100-DBL is fitted with an automatic ignition system for gas safety operation, which activates in the event of a flame-out. If the ignition fails 3 times, the deck oven will automatically shut down.
