Casters (wheels) are standard in each unit and come preinstalled. The unit vents out the back allowing a pristine stainless steel front to show to your customers. A 4 sided glass design maximizes visibility, and an overall elegant design draws the attention of customers to what is on the menu. The digital temperature controller is user-accessible and operates between 86 F to 140 F.
