The durable stainless steel exterior is built to withstand daily commercial use. Inside the fry tank, a cool zone captures excess batter and food particles, allowing them to settle at the bottom for cleaner oil and easier maintenance. With a generous 75 -100 lb. oil capacity, this fryer is well suited for restaurants, bars, and other demanding foodservice environments.

This unit operates on natural gas and includes a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection along with a combination gas valve featuring a built-in regulator. Heavy-duty casters allow the fryer to be moved easily for cleaning and servicing, helping reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.
