The Prepline ENCTGM-36-N/L 36" commercial gas griddle delivers powerful, consistent performance for high-volume cooking environments. It features three U-shaped burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, providing even heat coverage across the spacious 36" wide by 19" deep cooking surface. Durable 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate retains heat efficiently for consistent results during continuous use. Grease and excess runoff are guided into a front grease trough that empties into a removable stainless steel grease tray for fast, easy cleanup. A fully welded backsplash with side splashes helps contain grease and protect surrounding surfaces. The extended cool-touch front edge enhances operator safety, while front-mounted pilot lights allow for quick and reliable ignition. Adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs provide stable countertop placement. The unit ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for added installation flexibility.
