It features 30,000 BTU/hr burners that operate independently, allowing you to tackle multiple cooking tasks at once. With 6 open burners on top for frying and simmering and a convection oven below for baking and warming, it maximizes your space. Each burner includes a heavy-duty cast iron grate to support your fry pans, saucepans, and other commercial cookware.
All Standard Range gas restaurant ranges ship setup for natural gas with included propane conversion kit. Professional installation is required.
