No gas? No problem with Cookline CF-40E 40 lb. electric floor deep fryer. Designed to be efficient and easy to use, this 15.75" deep fryer includes a stainless steel fry pot rated for 40 lb. of oil. Two twin baskets are included and the unit can support a single wide basket desired. The built-in thermostat assures quick recovery time. Slanted bottom with drain pipe makes draining and cleaning simple.
