It's more than a convection oven, it's a "system", precisely control heat, increasing food tenderness and maximizing the nutritional value, taste and eye-appeal of food. No need to constantly check on meats, worry free of overcooking and make it easy to cook delicious food. It can hold up to (16) 12" x 20" steam table pans or (4) 18" x 26" sheet pans. All controls are accessible without opening the cabinet door. The stainless steel construction makes this a heavy-duty, durable commercial unit ready to withstand the most punishing commercial environments.
