Designed for both visual appeal and everyday functionality, this Marchia GIC-13-ST 70" gelato ice cream dipping cabinet features durable stainless steel construction that resists daily wear and complements your colorful gelato selection. The display holds up to 13 pans, offering flexible arrangement options, while a user-friendly electronic control panel maintains the ideal scooping temperature between -7.6°F and 10.4°F to ensure optimal texture and consistency. Bright LED lights are strategically angled inside the freezer to highlight your products and draw customers’ attention through the clear, straight glass front. Rear sliding rear doors provides employee with easy access to the ice cream inside. Equipped with four low profile casters and adjustable feet, this unit is easy to install and move as needed. This unit uses Hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly and more efficient than R134a/R404a refrigerant.
