Perfect for buffets, Japanese steakhouses, Asian restaurants, and catering operations, the Prepline ENWOKR16N wok range delivers intense heat in a compact design. Its powerful duck jet burner produces up to 95,000 BTUs, allowing you to quickly and efficiently prepare stir-fries, sautéed dishes, and noodles.

Designed for traditional cooking techniques, the 16-inch round-bottom wok opening accommodates standard wok cookware. Built for durability in fast-paced kitchens, the wok range features a stainless steel front, sides, and welded wok top, resisting dents, scratches, and rust. The gradual slope design helps reduce spillovers, while the anti-clogging burner system maintains a consistent flame. A removable drip pan simplifies grease collection and cleanup.

Mounted on 12-inch adjustable legs, the unit remains stable on uneven floors. The wok range operates on natural gas and is field convertible to liquid propane, providing flexibility for different kitchen setups.
